VISION:
BNI Newell is a creative, and dynamic chapter committed to growing our membership to 40 or more professionals. We enjoy our weekly meeting early on Friday mornings and our one-to-one meetings with each other whenever arranged. Additionally, we often see each other to work within our Contact Spheres, and for social events, such as bowling, golf tennis or the like which we all enjoy. We also participate in BNI or Industry workshops where we have the opportunity to develop our friendships and understand of each other’s business so we can serve as a strong sales-force for each other. On occasion, we also network with other BNI Chapter in Massachusetts.

MISSION:
BNI Newell’s mission is to continue build our chapter which is currently one of the finest in Massachusetts. Our members are focused on support each other with referrals and committed to the "givers gain" philosophy. Our leadership team, is passionate and committed to creating meaningful and measurable bottom-line results and increasing our average referral value. We are currently one of the top chapters in this vital statistic. We value growth, learning, mentoring, camaraderie, and running our chapter with the highest degree of integrity.

RELATIONSHIPS:
BNI Newell, has achieved the Performing stage of Bruce Tuckman’s four-stage model of group dynamics and we work extremely well as a group to achieve our common goals in a highly efficient and cooperative process. We are a group of independent business owners who are community-minded, big-picture thinkers and we pull together to achieve our collective chapter objectives with humor, grace and integrity. Our members include owners of new startups as well as others with over a 10 year history of BNI membership.

STRUCTURE:
We respect and honor BNI's fonder, Dr. Mizner, and  conduct our meetings using the formal guidelines he set forth. We strive for a positive, supportive and structured environment to further each other’s businesses through word of mouth marketing. We invite you to attend one of our meetings.
