The Newell Chapter of Business Network International (BNI) is hosting a Visitor’s Day for business professionals who want to find out what BNI is all about.

As you may know BNI is a business and professional organization whose primary purpose is to exchange qualified business referrals.  It is the most successful organization of its type in North America today, with over 1,900 chapters in 42 states, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, South Africa, Ireland and the United Kingdom.  Last year, members of BNI passed over 1.7 million referrals which generated more than $604 million in business for its members!

What makes BNI unique is that it allows only one person per profession to join a chapter.  Thus, once you’ve joined, there is no conflict in passing referrals, and none of your competitors can participate.  However, if your competition joins first, the opportunity is gone.
