Testimonials from our clients
"From the moment I met Patrick, I trusted him unconditionally. This has
happened only once before in my life. "What better recommendation," I
thought. I have learned that relationships with the professionals in my
life - doctors, lawyers, therapists, veterinarians, teachers, mortgage
and insurance brokers, and the like - are just as important as those
with friends and family. Moreover, experience has taught me how to
listen to my gut with regard to these professionals. My relationship
with Patrick is new, only several months, yet I know that he will be
with me for the long haul. He started out as my real estate lawyer, and
now will prepare my Will and Health Care Proxy and handle any other
legal issues that come my way. Yes, Patrick returns calls promptly (or
even better, takes them the first time!). He is knowledgeable,
courteous, punctual, and generous. He is sharply intelligent, wise and
discreet - "professional" in every way. But most importantly, most
coveted, and most lacking, Patrick possesses that ineffable quality we
have come to call "being there."

"As a first time home buyer, I was unfamiliar with the legal
documents and was concerned about signing anything that I did not
understand. Patrick took the time to review each document and answer all
of my questions which made the process much smoother. When issues arose
that could potentially hold up my closing, Patrick worked with the
seller's attorney and negotiated an agreement that enabled me to close
on time while still ensuring that all of my concerns were addressed and
taken care of."
- Maggie, Director, Biotech Company
"I have known Pat for over seven years. In that time, he has helped
my husband and I buy our first condo, walking us through the process
from beginning to end and later helped us with the legal work for
refinancing, and I hope he will be there when we can buy our first
house. He made what could have been an intimidating and stressful
process each time virtually painless. He is honest, hardworking,
incredibly detail-oriented and is always available to provide us with
legal advice when issues come up unexpectedly. We have recommended him
to family and friends and will continue to do so. He is an excellent
attorney who is also a truly outstanding individual of great character."
- Kate, Assistant General Counsel, Fortune 500 Financial
Institution
"I've worked with the Firm on two recent closings – my initial home
purchase and a re-finance. First, Pat is very thorough, giving me the
confidence that any potential issue has been reviewed and covered. I
also appreciate his patience in explaining legal terms in a
straightforward, easy to understand manner. Finally, Pat works
proactively with real estate agents, mortgage companies, condo
associations and others – saving a lot of time for everyone."
